Hong Kong International was, in March 2005, named by the
Airports Council International as the world's best airport.
The AVSECO Academy in Hong Kong offers professional training programmes
to meet the needs of the aviation industry. Training is developed
and delivered in accordance with an ISO 9001 certified quality
management system, and certification of trainees to the highest
standards
in the industry.
AVSECO uses SmartSystem in one of the most advanced Computer Based
Training (CBT) facilities of its kind and provides bi-lingual,
interactive, courses with x-ray simulation of most conventional
x-ray or explosive detection systems.
Smart Approach have had a partnership with AVSECO since 1999. The
picture, left, shows Mr Simon Hui, Training Manager, of AVSECO
with Mr Gary Mitchell, Subject Matter Expert, and Mr Stewart Hanson,
installation and training coordinator of Smart Approach, in April
2004, having signed to extend the special relationship agreement
for a further three years.
